FAQ
Will we have to share our personal problems and issues with the class?
No, couples exercises are done privately.
Must both partners attend or can I come alone?
Both partners should attend and participate, however for longer-term workshops, if one partner is unavailable, the other may attend and take the couple exercises home to do between classes.
My partner isn’t a reader. Can we still participate if they won’t read the book?
Yes. The book provides valuable material and the workshop lectures summarize the same content. The Couples Guide should be read and actively utilized.
Should we do the exercises in the book at home or save them for class?
Some of the exercises will be guided in class and any further exercises per module can be practiced at home after the class has covered the foundational material.
